I LOVE Christmas time. I love the decorations, buying gifts for friends and family, wrapping up warm on cold winter nights, hot chocolate and christmas dinner. I even love the Queens Speech!
This is why I try to bring Christmas cheer to the office!
We don’t really have room for a tree or many decorations at work. I decided this year to put up a tree that takes seconds, uses my natural artistic talent and brings ‘Joy to All‘.
I bought a pack of green post its from amazon. I then stuck these to the wall in a tree shape. Using the 3 colours to create texture. I used scissors and cut out bauble shapes in bright coloured post it notes and stuck these down as decoration.
In November we went to the bonfire night display and the kids got helium balloons with wire lighting around them. Once the balloon had popped, which didn’t take long with my two, we had the left over lighting to play with.
I recycled this by using it on my Office tree. Using blue tac I attached the lights and used a gold gift wrapping tag as the star on top.
It was so easy to make and brought ‘Good Tidings to All‘. I even think it made the staff more productive, although you would have to ask my manager to be sure. lol! I had a merry time putting it together and although I had to change the batteries to the lights a couple of times, I loved it. My stationary tree bringing making spirits bright!
